Falling asleep used to take me over an hour of tossing, but two sprays of this and I'm out within twenty minutes. Waking up actually feels different too, less groggy than usual.

I’ve been spraying this on my pillow right before bed for a week now, and I’m honestly nodding off within minutes instead of tossing around for an hour. The mist is fine and not at all damp, which I was worried about, and I do wake up feeling more rested than usual.

I was skeptical that a spray could make a difference, but after three nights I'm genuinely falling asleep within minutes instead of tossing around. The mist settles nicely on the pillow without leaving it damp, and I'm waking up noticeably more refreshed than before.
