I've washed these maybe ten times now and they still feel just as soft, no pilling at all. The relaxed cut is roomy without looking sloppy, and knowing the dye is OEKO-TEX certified is a nice bonus for something sitting against my skin all night.
The TENCEL Modal fabric is genuinely buttery, way softer than the cotton sets I used to sleep in. I run hot at night and these keep me cool without feeling flimsy. Wearing them right now and already eyeing a second pair.
